When I discovered professional coaching in 1999, it was as if a light bulb flashed “on” over my head. All my years of organization development consulting, teaching and training, managing others in organizations and being a friend and mentor to others came together when I understood what coaches do.
I embarked on a wonderful learning journey through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and through them became a Professional Certified Coactive Coach, a graduate of their unparalleled Coactive Leadership Program as well as the Center for Right Relationship’s Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Program.
In December of 2003, I achieved the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation, the international body that promotes excellence and professionalism in the coaching profession.
I am a licensed practitioner of the Insights Discovery System, an assessment tool I use to help clients understand themselves and others.
I am certified to deliver The Leadership Circle, an excellent 360 tool and culture survey for both individual professional growth and organizational learning.
And I am a certified Entrevis Coach of A Better Way to Live and Work™ – a structured coaching, business and personal development program for creating fulfillment and success on your own terms.
Basically what I want you to know is that what I bring you are my years of experience and achievements in half a dozen other careers, along with all of who I am and have become and am continually growing to be!
I am a lifelong learner for myself...and for you.
I have created my work and life on my own terms. It feels good to be in charge of my destiny. I want that for you too.
I love to coach bright, articulate, successful women and men who want to tap into their own strengths, knowledge and inner truths so they can make powerful choices and decisions in their careers and lives.
My clients come from coast to coast across Canada – currently they call me from Vancouver, Toronto, Kingston, Ottawa, Fredericton, Saint John, and former clients have called me from Montreal, Moncton, Boston and other cities in the United States.
What I am most passionate about is the simple joy of being oneself! Getting there is what we do in coaching.
